A photo inventory at every stay
Before each arrival and after each departure, your home is checked point by point against a checklist specific to your property: furniture, equipment, appliances, bedding. Each room is photographed the same way every time, for a reliable comparison if in doubt.
Safety equipment checked
Smoke detectors, locks, window and door fastenings: these are checked regularly, independently of stays, to make sure they keep working over time.
A report after every check
If anything is wrong or damaged, you are informed straight away, with photos, so we can decide together what to do: repair, replacement or a claim against the guest concerned.
