What we guarantee every owner, in black and white in our terms and conditions.
Transparent commission
16% (including VAT) of the nightly price, excluding cleaning and tourist tax, with no sign-up fee. A launch rate reserved for our first 100 clients, guaranteed for the whole contract.
A short commitment
Three months minimum, then you stay free: the contract can be terminated at any time with one month’s notice.
Lower platform fees
We favour channels that charge hosts nothing. When a major platform remains the best choice, we explain why.
